This is one of those truths that is hard to accept, especially when you are right in the midst of doing it. My friend sent this picture to me after she knew I was having a rough week. Crying is ok. It's not a bad thing. The key is, not to stay in that kind of sadness for to long. There are actually even health benefits to crying like releasing toxins, reliving stress, helping eyesight and more. So I'll cry when I need to. |
